happy stay, happy holiday
Lovely hotel, friendly staff and ideal for my needs. I was in London for the London to Brighton, so I needed somewhere secure for my bike, they allowed me to put it in a sealed courtyard, so it was safe.

Absolute tremendous hotel, conveniently located to the local High Street with bus stop just 20 metres away and Elephant and castle station a 5 minute walk. The hotel is beautifully decorated with all the mod cons, smart TVs, hairdryer, tea & coffee facilities, fridge, hairdryer, wardrobes and room safe... Each room offers central heating but also includes a wall mounted fan for those warmer months, window blinds are electric, the hotel offers complimentary WiFi throughout, room service and dry cleaning services, Employees at the hotel are so polite, always a good morning or good evening, cleaners always on the go but never disturb you. Beds are made up with mattress toppers making them super comfortable, as someone who suffered with back and neck pain it was like sleeping on a cloud. Hotel is spotlessly clean, restaurant downstairs however did not use this facility. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed in this hotel for 12 nights, in May, and we had the most comfortable room. It was just big enough for the two of us and all our luggage and it was quiet and away from the main road, plus a non-smoking room. Close to all amenities and very close to the city...we used buses to get around and it was all very easy to do so.
The only bad things, however, were that the fridge was not very cold and I had to throw away some medication as a result and the double bed was a bit small (we are used to sleeping in Queen sized beds) but I guess we paid for a double so really couldn't fault it as it was on us. 🙂 Overall, we enjoyed our stay here very much and would use it again in the future.

I stay in hotels all over the U.K for work and I have done this for around 10 years. I’ve stayed in premiere inns, travelodges etc. this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. So much in fact, I have stayed here since November 2021. I’m a builder so I don’t have any connections to the hotel, meaning I’m leaving a real review. Arman the manager is by far and away one of the best hotel managers I have met, all the staff here are. The hotel is immaculate. Fresh linen everyday and the room cleaned everyday. The other hotels have stopped doing this because of covid. They also do it in a safe way, whilst we are at work. I think this is much better than leaving the rooms as hygiene is important. Anyway, I’m rambling. This place is a good place and my advice is, if you’re due to stay in London then stay here.

A friend and I who I haven't seen for a while decided to book a hotel whilst he stayed in London. As it was a whim booking the staff bent over backwards to literally accommodate us for which we are extremely grateful.

I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a cheap, cheerful and friendly place to stay.
