Guests need to pre-book breakfast either as a supplement or when they arrive at the hotel. The card used to make the booking must be presented at check-in. If this is not possible, you must contact the hotel before arrival. The company must forward a letter head request to the hotel to charge the card for the specified amount, if booked for their employee.
At check-in, the guest must present a valid form of photo ID. Deposits charged towards the reservation will not be refunded if a room is cancelled due to weather conditions, natural disasters or transportation disruptions before, during, or after the cancellation period.

Online Check in
Speed up your arrival by checking in online on the day of arrival, avoiding queues and doing it from the comfort of your home.
Simply use the “Manage My Booking” link or the link sent to your email. You’ll need your booking number starting with EUHAR.
Once completed, just collect your room key from one of our kiosks at the hotel.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Your check in time is 2:00 PM onwards.
Your check out time is 11:00am on the day of your departure.
Age for check-in
Guests must be 18 years or over to check in.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If staying with an unrelated adult aged 18 or over, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required. A completed consent form, along with a copy of the parent or guardian’s passport and contact details, must be provided. Please contact the hotel directly to obtain a consent form.

We accept all major credit/debit cards , eg. Visa, Mastercard, American Express (check-in desk only).
Can I bring my children?
All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 20 per person per night for children’s cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 30 per person per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds/children’s cots permitted in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child’s cot is upon request and at management's discretion.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our hotel.

The hotel offers free on site parking with a limited number of spaces. Pre-booking is require please contact the hotel direclty.

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel building. A designated smoking area is available outside

The hotel offers a daily breakfast buffet from 7am to 10am, with both cooked and continental options. Children under 9 eat free with a paying adult. Vegan and gluten free options avaliabe on request.
We offer a range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, along with our Pizzas, snacks, pastries, Kenco Milicano coffee and a selection of teas, available at the Premier lounge.
Local supermarkets such as Waitross walking distance.
You’re also welcome to order Deliveroo or Uber Eats to the hotel.
Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities are available in all rooms.
24 hours reception
Our reception is open 24 hours. However, if you plan to arrive after 11pm, please contact the hotel in advance.
Group reseravation
Bookings of 6 rooms or more are considered group bookings and are subject to separate group terms and conditions.
A non refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 working days prior to arrival and is non refundable.
