Eurotraveller Hotel – Booking Terms & Conditions 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made directly with Eurotraveller Hotel Ltd, whether online, by telephone, or in person. By confirming a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. 

 

1. Rates & Payments

• Rates shown online, over the phone, or in-branch are correct at the time of booking only and may vary depending on the booking method. 

• Online rates apply exclusively to online bookings; in-branch and telephone rates may differ. 

• Some branches no longer accept telephone reservations; in these cases, bookings must be made online through the designated platform. 

• Telephone bookings are not guaranteed unless confirmed online or in person before the check-in date. 

• All balances, including optional extras, must be paid in full at check-in unless otherwise stated. 

• A valid credit/debit card and photographic ID (passport or driving licence) are required at check-in. 

• Cash payments: Not accepted at Eurotraveller Hotel Premier Tower Bridge or Eurotraveller Hotel Express. Eurotraveller Hotel Premier Harrow accepts cash with valid photo ID and a pre-authorised deposit of at least £50 at check-in. 

• The hotel does not store card details; all transactions are processed via a secure tokenised system, ensuring card details are not visible to any person. 

 

2. Your Booking

• Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be resold; any attempt will result in cancellation without refund. 

• You may book on behalf of another guest, but they must be named on the booking and provide valid photo ID at check-in. Details can be added via the Guest Stay Portal before arrival. 

• Guests must be 18 or over to stay unaccompanied; under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. 

• Eurotraveller Hotel operates a digital booking and check-in system provided by Guestline. For security purposes, guests are required to provide a valid email address, residential address, contact telephone number, and full payment prior to check-in. 

• All personal data is stored securely in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Card details are processed using a tokenised system and are never visible to hotel staff. 

 

3. Group Bookings

• Six rooms or more for the same date will be treated as a Group Booking and subject to the following: 

• Non-refundable 50% deposit due 7 working days before arrival. 

• Online group bookings require the first night’s rate for each room as part of the deposit. 

• Balance payable before or at check-in. 

• 7 days’ notice required for cancellations (deposit non-refundable). 

• No-shows will be charged in full. 

• Optional extras must be prepaid. 

• Unreported damage will be charged to the booking card. 

 

4. Optional Extras

• Extras (e.g., breakfast, parking, early check-in) are not included unless stated. 

• All extras are subject to availability and are non-transferable. 

• If a prepaid extra is unavailable, a refund for that item will be issued. 

• Alcoholic beverages served at the bar or via the in-room ordering app are subject to availability at selected locations. Proof of age (18 years or over) is required, and acceptable photographic identification must be presented upon request. Failure to provide valid ID will result in service being refused. 

 

5. Internet Access

• All branches provide free public Wi-Fi. 

• Service is provided “as is” — no refunds or compensation for technical issues. 

 

6. Parking

• Parking is available at selected branches; charges and conditions vary. 

• Spaces are limited; advance reservation is recommended. 

• Height restrictions may apply — contact the branch for details. 

• Third-party parking agreements are between the guest and the provider. 

 

7. Breakfast

• Breakfast should be pre-booked online, via the Guest Stay Portal, or at reception. 

• Prices are subject to change; pre-booking guarantees the confirmed rate. 

• Menu items may vary and are subject to availability; items may be removed without notice. 

• Cancellations are not permitted within 24 hours of the scheduled breakfast date. 

• For group bookings, breakfast is non-refundable. 

• Children under 9 eat free with a paying adult. 

• Guests who have booked but not attended breakfast will not receive a refund. 

• While care is taken with allergens, the hotel cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. 

• Eurotraveller Hotel Express does not currently serve breakfast. 

 

8. Cancellations

• Flex Booking – Free cancellation up to 1 day before arrival; full charge applies if cancelled within 1 day. 

• Semi-Flex Booking – Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival; full charge applies if cancelled within 7 days. 

• Advance Non-Refundable – Full charge taken at booking; no refund if cancelled. 

 

9. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 2pm (early check-in available at extra cost, subject to availability). 

• Check-out: by 11am (late check-out until 3pm available at extra cost; after 3pm, full nightly rate applies). 

 

10. Room Occupancy

• Maximum occupancy limits apply per room type; additional guests over the limit must book another room (subject to availability). 

• Baby cots can be booked online or via the Guest Stay Portal (subject to availability and nightly charge). 

• All rooms are strictly non-smoking; violations will incur a minimum £200 fine, immediate removal from the hotel, and refusal of future bookings. 

• No pets are allowed. 

• The hotel accepts no liability for personal belongings, valuables, or unattended items left in guest rooms or elsewhere on hotel premises. A safe is provided in each room for secure storage of valuables. 

 

11. Wheelchair Access

• Accessible rooms are available at certain locations — please confirm before booking. 

• Notify reception if assistance may be required in an emergency. 

• Accessible rooms are located on the ground floor at Eurotraveller Premier Tower Bridge and Eurotraveller Hotel Express. 

 

12. Premier Membership

• Premier Blue member rates are open to everyone. 

• Premier Gold and Premier Sapphire member rates are invite-only. 

• The hotel reserves the right to amend or withdraw the membership programme or rate packages at any time; however, existing bookings will be honoured. 

• Members’ promotional codes can only be used online at www.eurotravellerhotel.com. 

 

13. General Terms

• Statutory Rights – These terms do not affect your legal rights. 

• Events Beyond Control – We are not liable for failure to provide services due to events outside our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, natural disasters, major event cancellations). 

• Liability – Our liability is limited to twice the booking value. We are not responsible for indirect losses. 

• Third Parties – No rights are granted to third parties under these terms. 

• Law – These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 

• Changes – We reserve the right to update terms; those in effect at the time of booking will apply.
